Maveli Store operates as a digital marketplace platform connecting customers with independent Vendors.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting the Vendor directly using the details provided in your order confirmation email.

Once an order has been shipped or marked as fulfilled, cancellation may not be possible.

Vendor Responsibility
Each Vendor sets their own cancellation terms in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Platform Rights
Maveli Store reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment failure
- Technical errors
- Vendor non-availability

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
