Platform Role
Maveli Store provides an online platform that enables independent Vendors to list and sell products or services to Customers.

Maveli Store does not:
- Manufacture products
- Inspect goods
- Store inventory
- Provide delivery services
- Guarantee product suitability or merchantability

Independent Vendors
All products and services are supplied directly by independent third-party Vendors.

The Vendor is solely responsible for:
- Product quality and compliance with applicable laws
- Accurate product descriptions
- Packaging and delivery
- Processing refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maveli Store excludes liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or claim arising out of or in connection with transactions between Customers and Vendors.
