Return & Refund Policy
Maveli Store operates as a digital marketplace platform connecting customers with independent Vendors.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product has a major failure, customers are entitled to:
- A refund; or
- A replacement; or
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product has a minor failure, the Vendor may choose to provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.
Marketplace Structure
All products sold through Maveli Store are supplied by independent Vendors. The Vendor is responsible for processing returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Maveli Store may assist in facilitating communication between Customers and Vendors but is not the supplier of goods.
Change of Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are not required under the ACL and are subject to the individual Vendor’s policy.
To request a return or refund:
1. Contact the Vendor directly using the contact details provided in your order confirmation.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Follow the Vendor’s return instructions.
Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds will be processed by the Vendor to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons (including perishable food products), unless required under the ACL.
